During my latest trip to Malaysia, I was suckered into buying the Microz Fiber Lash Extender Kit when I was in one of malls. I let the saleslady demo the product for me and I decided to buy the kit for RM 229 (roughly P3,100). I didn’t really need it and it is very expensive but I have short and weird lashes (the lashes on the edge of my eyes are super short and curled) and the lady was able to make my lashes appear long and lovely. Since it was a reluctant buy, I might as well review it here so it’ll get more mileage for me.
Mircoz Fiber Lash Extender Kit is an eyelash extender kit produced in Malaysia as far as I know. It makes use of Panthenol-enriched fibers to volumize and lengthen the lashes. They advice repeating the layering several times until you achieve your desired length and volume.
Contents (L to R): Lash Extender Volumizing, Lash Extender Lengthening, Mascara, Lash Toner, Eyelash Brush
The kit contains the following:
- Lash Extender Volumizing – are loose fibers applied to the middle of lashes to add volume to it
- Lash Extender Lengthening – are loose fibers applied to the tip of the lashes to extend it
- Mascara – used to glue the fibers to the lashes and cover the white fibers
- Lash Toner (free) – applied to the lashes to remove clumps
- Eyelash Brush (free)
- Card Holder (free, not pictured) – not related to extending lashes
How To Use
The kit didn’t come with instructions and this really annoyed me because it has been months since that trip and I don’t really remember what the saleslady taught me. I made use of the usual solution to this, Google. I got this from Aishop.

Pre-lash extension. Virgin eyelashes (no curling, no nothing)
As instructed, I applied the mascara then the volumizer then the lengthener and the mascara again. It is a must to turn off your electric fan when applying the products because they fly all over the place. While I was applying the fibers, I noticed how they scattered all over my face and even got in my eyes and nose. It’s good that I wasn’t wearing contact lenses and I’m guessing this isn’t safe for lens wearers.
Fibers all over my face
God! Don’t look at my sunspots!
I was worried about the fibers on my face but was relieved that they came off easily when I used a napkin. I repeated the layering 4 times and stopped when the mascara was beginning to clump. Silly me haven’t read about the Lash Toner at that time so I wasn’t aware that it’s used to remove the clumps. I could have gotten a lusher result. Well, here is the finale result after 4 layers.
Sorry for the clumps. The lashes are longer and thicker though
I should have applied more fibers at the edges of my eyes. I think with practice I’ll be able to perfect this and achieve a Japanese idol look.
some Japanese idols
NOT THIS ONE!
That last image is traumatic. The things we find in Google, guys!
I’m still undecided if the Mircoz Fiber Lash Extender Kit is a good buy or not. I can achieve longer and thicker lashes with my Majolica Majorca Lash King mascara, maybe not as long as with the Mircoz but the latter is easier and faster to apply. P700+ versus P3,000+ makes the Lash King the better choice. However, I still have high hopes for the Mircoz because I think it has so much potential in creating different types of looks.
- You can make your lashes really long and thick with layering. All you need is time and patience.
- You can apply the fibers to target parts that are shorter because of the small fiber wands
- Has Panthenol which moisturizes and thickens the lashes
- Takes some time to achieve results
- Fibers scatter all over your face and clothes
- Can’t be used while wearing contact lenses
Unfortunately this product isn’t available in the Philippines so if you want to try this product you might have to order it online or make pabilifrom someone in Malaysia. Us kikays love to splurge sometimes and the Mircoz Fiber Lash Extender Kit is a splurge. If you have normal lashes, I suggest you stick to regular mascaras unless you want to also achieve the Japanese idol look. If you have short or abnormal lashes like me, this product might be a good investment.
lashes with Microz Fiber Lash Extender. Eyes look bigger
I bought Sleek’s I-Divine Acid Eyeshadow Palette for P620 last month during the SuperSale Bazaar where Makeup Hub by Naturele Collezione had a booth. According to Sleek’s website
The Acid i-Divine Palette contains a fusion of vibrant colours for the more daring, with bright pinks to luminous greens amongst the 12 highly-pigmented pressed mineral-based eyeshadow shades. This palette combines matte and shimmer formulations with neon and complimentary shades that keep their vibrancy on all skin tones.
The velvet-touch consistency gives full and shimmering coverage to the eye lid for maximum effect. Each shade can be applied alone for a dramatic effect or mixed to create a personalised look.
Best applied with the applicator enclosed.
Please note : Due to FDA regulations this palette cannot be sold in the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
I wonder why FDA didn’t approve this product. The ingredients are as follows:
Mica (CI 77019)
Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891)
Yellow 6 Lake (CI 15985)
Yellow Iron Oxide (CI 77492)
Red Iron Oxide (CI 77491)
Red 6 Lake (CI 15850:1)
Red 7 Lake (CI 15850:1)
Red 27 Lake (CI 45410:2)
Ultramarine (CI 77007)
Hydrated Chromium Green (CI 77289)
Ferric Ferrocyanide (CI 77510)
Black Iron Oxide (CI 77499)
I love the striking vivid colors and the fact that it’s affordable. The eyeshadows aren’t as good as brands such as MAC, Urban Decay, and most better known brands. Sleek’s is not as pigmented and has a more chalky feeling but it’s not so bad especially if you are on a limited budget. Sleek has more subdued palettes but I only had eyes for Acid that time.
I don’t know the names of each color since the palette doesn’t have labels and the website doesn’t say so either. My favorite shares are neon green, hot pink, and neon yellow.

I’m a sucker for good packaging and I got suckered into buying DuWop Isla Sirena Rotating Map Palette . Good thing it’s not very expensive. While doing the swatches, I have to press my finger hard on the eyeshadows , otherwise you won’t see anything in the photo. The eyeshadows aren’t very pigmented which is a big disappointment.

I looooove gel liners. I find them easy to use and control compared to liquid and pencil eye liners. They’re almost smudge-proof, waterproof, and hardly needs time to dry. So I present to you my review of three gel liners I’ve tried. All are black and I haven’t tried other shades. I just want to warn you first that this post is image-heavy.
game face ON!
I haven’t been updating the beauty blog. Pardonne-moi. This review should have been written last year but alas, my mind is always a-wander. So without further ado, I give you my thoughts on Majolica Majorca Lash Gorgeous Wing Neo.
Majolica Majorca Lash Gorgeous Wing Neo claims that we will have long fluttering lashes when we use it. I read good reviews about the product on the internet so I gave it a try and ordered one online. I am impressed with its packaging which is very luxe and elegant. No wonder gothic lolitas love Majolica Majorca.
You can see the fibers
I prefer my lashes coal black so Majolica’s black fits the bill. Looking closely at the mascara wand, I was expecting to find more fibers, they attach to the end of the lash and thus elongates it.
With only eye shadow and eyeliner on
Curl the lashes first. I used my handy mini Japonaise curler
Curled but with no mascara
I applied ample amount of Majolica Majorca Lash Gorgeous Wing Neo and here is the result.
Now with Majolica Majorca Lash Gorgeous Wing Neo
On Sugar doesn’t process photo upload well but anyway, if you look closely, my lashes did indeed lengthen! It’s an instant miracle!!! I just wish Majolica Majorca could come up with a mascara which not only lengthens but also volumizes.
Overall, this is a great product. It’s reasonably priced and effective. It’s hard to remove with ordinary facial cleansers but fairly easy if you use an oil cleanser such as Shu Uemura’s or better yet, Majolica Majorca’s new Eyes Reset Gel.
